2. Product Pricing and Accuracy

While we make every effort to display the details, specifications, and prices of our wristwatches accurately:

  • We reserve the right to modify prices, update specifications, or discontinue watch models at any time without prior notification.

  • In the rare event that an item is listed with an incorrect price due to an inadvertent typing or system error, AJIS WATCHES retains the absolute right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item, regardless of order confirmation. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

3. Order Abuse, Verification & Right of Cancellation

To protect our e-commerce infrastructure and logistics partners from fraudulent activities:

  • For all orders—particularly those utilizing Cash on Delivery (COD)—we reserve the right to mandate a phone call or WhatsApp verification prior to dispatch.

  • We reserve the absolute right to refuse service, cancel pending orders, or terminate user accounts at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent intent, fake addressing, malicious activity, repetitive unaccepted COD shipments, or policy exploitation.

4. Limitation of Liability

AJIS WATCHES, its owners, and representatives shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use, inability to use, or performance of the products purchased through this website. We do not guarantee that the operation of the digital platform will be continuously uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Anti-Fraud & False Claims Notice

Strict Anti-Fraud Enforcement: Any deliberate attempts to manipulate checkout pricing, use fraudulent digital payment credentials, provide intentionally false delivery information, or make deceptive claims regarding missing or damaged contents (without fulfilling our unboxing/photo verification standards) will result in immediate cancellation, permanent platform blacklisting, and where applicable, referral to cybercrime authorities.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice and all business operations of AJIS WATCHES are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the federal and provincial laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal claims, disputes, or arguments arising out of the use of this website or the purchase of goods must be brought exclusively within the relevant courts of law in Pakistan.
