1. Account Creation & Eligibility

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting unauthorized access to your computer or mobile device.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details (name, shipping address, active phone number, and email) during checkout.

2. Purchase Orders & Inventory Availability

  • Order Acceptance: Receipts of order confirmations via email or SMS do not signify our ultimate acceptance of your order. We reserve the absolute right to accept, verify, or decline any order at our sole discretion.

  • Stock Constraints: All watch models listed on the storefront are subject to availability. If a timepiece becomes unavailable after an order is placed, our support desk will notify you immediately to offer an alternative or a full refund.

  • Color & Display Variations: We make every effort to display the colors, premium metallic finishes, and textures of our watches as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display screen will perfectly mirror the physical product.

3. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

  • We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a mandatory verification call or WhatsApp message will be sent to your number. Your order will not be dispatched until our team receives active confirmation from you.

  • Repetitive refusal of verified COD parcels at your doorstep will result in a permanent blacklist from our platform.

4. Prohibited Uses of the Platform

You are strictly prohibited from using the website or its contents:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts under Pakistani law.

  • To inject or transmit viruses, malware, or any other type of malicious code that could compromise the storefront's infrastructure.

  • To attempt to exploit checkout fields, coupon mechanics, or automate shipping rate calculations through malicious scripts or bots.

5. Third-Party Links

  • Our store may feature direct integrations or links to third-party services (such as our logistics courier tracking widgets or external payment portal gates).

  • We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of these external platforms and do not warrant or hold liability for third-party materials or websites.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AJIS WATCHES, its founders, and its logistics partners from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any provincial or federal laws in Pakistan.
