At AJIS WATCHES, we ensure our timepieces meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our transparent, structured return and refund framework tailored for our customers across Pakistan.
1. Damaged or Defective Items (Transit Protection)
We take absolute care in protective packaging. However, if your wristwatch arrives damaged, physically broken, or functionally defective due to transit, you are fully covered under our protection guarantee.

Reporting Window: You must report the damage within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Evidence Requirement: To protect against transit fraud, you must provide clear, close-up photographs or a short unboxing video clip showing the defect/damage along with the original outer courier packaging.

Resolution Options: Upon verification, we will arrange a free brand-new replacement shipped directly to you at zero extra charge, or issue a 100% full refund.
2. "Change of Mind" Returns
We understand that choosing a watch is a deeply personal aesthetic choice. If you change your mind, find the watch case size unsuitable, or wish to opt for an alternative model, we accept returns under the following explicit criteria:

Eligibility Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.

Condition Requirement: The watch must be completely unworn, unaltered, and scratch-free. The protective plastic films on the glass dial, case back, and steel bracelet must remain intact and completely unpeeled.

Packaging: The item must be returned inside its original brand box, alongside any user manuals, warranty tags, adjustment tools, or free promotional items included in the initial shipment.

Return Logistics Cost: For change-of-mind requests, the customer is responsible for booking and paying the return courier service (e.g., Leopard, TCS, or M&P) to our central warehouse. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Exclusions from Returns
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Watches that have had custom links removed or bracelets adjusted.

Items with visible scuffs, micro-scratches, or signs of wear on the strap/case.

Physical or internal water damage caused by improper handling.

Items explicitly marked or purchased from a clearance/flash sale.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our Customer Support Team exclusively via WhatsApp or Email (details below) providing your Order Number and the specific reason for return.

For damaged goods, attach the required photos or video files directly to the chat or email thread.

Once our support desk approves your request, securely pack the watch box inside a secondary courier protective flyer to protect it during transit.

Ship the parcel to our designated return address provided by our representative. Keep the courier tracking slip as validation.
5. Refund Processing Timelines
Once your returned timepiece arrives back at our facility, it undergoes a mandatory structural inspection by our team to confirm its pristine state. This verification takes 2–3 business days.
Approved refunds are systematically disbursed via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 5 to 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will request your digital account details securely over WhatsApp to process the payout.
